Our Policy
Returns / Repairs
Our return period for standard online orders is 30 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. Late returns are subject to a restocking fee.
To request a return please email us at contactus@cookiescoffer.com or respond to your confirmation email, including items you would like to return/exchange, the order number, and your contact information. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused conditions to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
If you believe your item(s)to be defective, please contact us immediately upon at contactus@cookiescoffer.com. Failure to report defects could result in Cookie’s Coffer denying your return.
If there is a piece in need of repair, please get in touch with contactus@cookiescoffer.com, and our team will assist you with issuing a repair authorization Code. A repair fee is contingent upon material availability and the nature of the repair.
Lost an Earring? We can help. Since our pieces are handmade, we will do our best to make another match to your remaining earring.
